We’re calling on women from all walks of life in the Greater Ottawa area to join us in building strength, stability and independence for local families.

Women Build promotes empowerment, solidarity, learning and pride in our city. In 2019, we rallied over 200 women to raise nearly $242,000 for local families in the Greater Ottawa area. The need for more affordable housing is critical in our region, and thanks to dedicated teams we are able to help by building decent, affordable housing for families in our community.

We’re bringing back Women Build for 2022/2023!

Our 2019 Women Build, in celebration of Habitat’s 25th anniversary, was such a huge success that we’re bringing back Women Build for 2022/2023! Gather your friends and family to fundraise in your community and help us reach our goal of $250,000. Your Women Build team will have a chance to join our construction crew and Habitat families on our exciting new development in North Grenville called Kemptville Korners.
