Leacross Landing

Leacross Landing is a 16-unit townhome development in Orléans. It is located at the southeast intersection of Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard and Fortune Drive, north of Highway 174.
We first broke ground at Leacross Landing in May 2017 with the construction of the first eight townhomes. The final eight townhomes are currently under construction and will be completed in the spring of 2020.

Interested in becoming a Habitat Homeowner? We are currently accepting applications for accessible units at our upcoming Titus Landing development at Wateridge Village. If you are interested please fill out the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. There are currently no standard units available at the Titus Landing development. Please check back in fall 2020, as we open applications for our upcoming Mac Street development.
