Donate to the ReStore!

The ReStores accept new and gently used renovation and building materials, and home décor items from retailers, manufacturers, contractors, renovators and the general public. Donations are welcome at all locations during our regular business hours. If your item is too large, we can pick it up! Click here for our ReStore pick-up form.

NOTE: Although the ReStores appreciate all offers of donations, there are times, because of supply and demand, that we stop accepting certain products. Please call before donating.

Donate Electronic Waste

Help turn your e-waste into homes for Habitat Greater Ottawa!

Give your old electronics an afterlife by donating them to Habitat Greater Ottawa and keeping them out of landfills!

We accept e-waste year-round at our Stittsville location from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Sundays from 12-5 p.m. Please note starting September 1, 2020 we no longer accept e-waste at our Trainyards location.

All e-waste collected is recycled in Ontario through the Ontario Electronic Stewardship (OES) program by eCycle Solutions. Go to for a complete list of acceptable materials.
