Nantes Development

Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa is launching the final phase of its Nantes Development in Orléans, ON.

This 2-unit duplex build is located in an established community near parks, schools, stores and the district hospital. The two new homes will complete our Nantes neighbourhood project, where seven Habitat homes were originally built between 2013 and 2014.

• Located on Nantes Street in an established neighbourhood near local schools, parks and public transit.
• 2-unit development comprising of conventional townhomes
• All homes will have a garage and a private backyard
• Parking available for each unit 
• Nearby schools and daycares: St. Theresa Catholic School, École élémentaire publique Des Sentiers, La Coccinelle – Des Sentiers,
• Nearby parks and recreation centres: Lalande Conservation Park, Provence Park, Portobello Park, Avalon YMCA, and François Dupuis Recreation Centre.
